Returns
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt if your order meets the following conditions:

The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

The product must show only normal handling, with no damage caused by careless use.

If the product is hygiene-sensitive, it must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

If the product was defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if the return meets our conditions, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.
🔹 JacobandNaila reserves the right to refuse returns if the item appears used, damaged, or does not meet the stated conditions.
How to Return Your Order
If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)
Under the following conditions, customers who are natural persons (not purchasing for business purposes) have the right to withdraw from a purchase:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

As we operate on an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. This means cancellations cannot be processed once the order has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive it before requesting a return.
How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel, send a clear cancellation request via email to JacobandNaila before the order is shipped.

The cancellation is only complete when we receive the returned goods at our warehouse.

The cost of returning the goods is the buyer's responsibility.
Transit & Delays
Since our products ship from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the package, then initiate a return if necessary.
To speed up the return process, we recommend providing a shipping confirmation once you have sent the item back.
Refunds
If you successfully withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving both your return request and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases where an incorrect or defective item was sent).
